1. Project Scope

The artist agrees to create an original artwork as specified by the client. Details of the commissioned piece, including medium, size, subject matter, and any specific requirements, will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to secure the commission and begin work.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery of the artwork.
• For projects exceeding $1000, a payment schedule may be arranged.

3. Timeline

• The artist will provide an estimated completion date upon accepting the commission.
• The client will be notified of any delays or changes to the timeline.
• Rush orders may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions

• The client is entitled to two minor revisions at no extra cost.
• Major changes or additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
• The artist reserves the right to refuse changes that significantly alter the original concept.

5. Cancellation

• If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited.
• If the artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

• The artist retains copyright of the artwork unless otherwise specified.
• The client may not reproduce or create derivative works without the artist's permission.
• The artist reserves the right to use images of the completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

7. Delivery and Shipping

• Shipping costs are not included in the commission price and will be charged separately.
• The artist is not responsible for damage occurring during shipping.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

• The client has 7 days upon receipt to report any issues with the artwork.
• If the artwork does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, the artist will work to resolve the issue.

9. Liability

• The artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the commissioned artwork.
